What we do with your payment details

Does GameRascal share your information with others?
We do not sell your information to others. We share customer information only as described below. Information released to third parties is restricted to that required to perform specific functions and is processed only as permitted by the UK's Data Protection Act.
- Payments and Refunds: We share with our Payment Service Providers, PayPal and Google Wallet, those details necessary to pay for your order or process a refund.
- Delivery: we share your delivery details with delivery companies such as Royal Mail to deliver packages and other mail.
- Protection of GameRascal and Others: We release personal information when we believe this is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of GameRascal, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- Product Improvement: We share with Google Analytics anonymous data regarding your use of our website to help us improve our product.
